DMCA Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Sun Dried Tomato Dressing service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA Notice and Counter-Notice. It is designed to make the process of reporting and counter-reporting copyright infringement clear and efficient, ensuring compliance with DMCA guidelines while protecting legitimate content and user rights.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on our site infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following:

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Sun Dried Tomato Dressing to locate the material (e.g., a URL to the specific content).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Sun Dried Tomato Dressing to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. All notices must comply with the requirements of the DMCA. We encourage you to consult with legal counsel before filing a notice.
